Like any other blog that i have published, i have no idea how to start. The title that i have chosen for this entry is simple, CHANGE. My whole adult and professional life there has been a lot of changes. I have worked for 4 companies and all in the BPO industry. The most recent is OCSI, a subsidiary of TPG, internet and home phone provider of Australia. I stayed with the company from April of 2012 to March of 2015. Working there meant changes for me, aside from the fact that it is an Australian based company, the schedule is much better. I get to sleep at night,that i can say that it was normal. Pay was much better and to be honest, i had a much better basketball career.
With all the recognition i received, i still opted to submit my resignation.
I am frustrated, i have been working since 2007 and yet i am still the same person in college.
A few upgrades but still pretty much the same.
I guess being practical has its cons.
I submitted my resignation because i want CHANGE.
I guess my next post will be more on the positive change as i prepare for a better future.
