Descriptions

"How would you describe yourself?" Commonly asked during interviews and i wonder what if this question is asked of me again? How would i answer this question? I recently concluded some tests online and here are the results.

Big Five Personality Test

Snapshot Report
Extroversion
 55
You scored somewhere in the middle between introversion and extroversion, which means that you draw characteristics from both ends of the spectrum. Sometimes, you need time to yourself, preferring to think things through on your own. Other times, you enjoy interacting with others. Overall, you are likely a fairly outgoing person who occasionally opts for solitude. You likely need a balance of alone time and time with others in your life because you can become a little overwhelmed if you ignore the introverted side of yourself.

 Exercise IQ Test

Exercise is a topic that has been gaining more and more attention as people realize that it is essential to a long and happy life. However, along with the attention, myths have begun circulating about what's beneficial, what's harmful, what the effects can be, etc. This test was designed to test how well you separate the myths from the facts.

Overall results
 100

Excellent! You've KO'd most, if not all of the myths that threaten to knock the wind out of your workout! Not only do you have a basic understanding of the integral aspects of keeping fit, but you know the details which help make your exercise routine the most beneficial and efficient that it can be.

Athlete Mental Skills Profile (Team Sports)
Snapshot Report
Focus
 69
Your level of focus is fairly good. You likely use several concentration techniques, and rarely let distractions interfere with your attention, especially when you need it most. Players who score in this range usually:
  • Get into a "zone" where they are completely focused on the game.
  • Ignore outside interferences (e.g. the crowd), and internal distractions (e.g. worry, anxiety, etc.).
  • Keep their mind from wandering, even when benched.
  • Have keen observation skills (e.g. will try to understand opponent strategies, identify weaknesses, etc.).

Call Center Customer Rep Test

Snapshot Report
Thick-skinned
 51
Although you try not to take things too personally, disapproval or rudeness from customers will sometimes be difficult for you to swallow. While not all customers will be discourteous, you will encounter your fair share and it won't necessarily be your fault. Some people simply do not view customer service representatives or the company they represent in a very positive light. Strive as much as possible to be objective and poised during calls, and remember that for every client that is rude, there are likely to be a few who will be friendly ,easy to work with, and grateful for your help.
